Christmas Card Template With Photo Overlay

This is a great Christmas Card Template for Pages with a simple photo overlay. If you’ve never worked with Pages’ Image Mask its a breeze. Basically all I did was create two rectangles on a single page of paper and made them as large as I needed to. Then I just dragged a picture into the document and dropped it into the rectangle. This was incredibly simple and then I could adjust the picture size and move the image into place. This is one of the features I love the best about iWork, and one of the time that attracted me the most to it when I first saw it demoed.
This Christmas card template is simple just switch out the picture and the text. You may have to play around with the text a little to get to it come out correctly. This picture I used was a little more difficult. I suggest a picture with a black or bright background. That way text will pop more easily.

Its color scheme is wild, but contained, and exciting. This is the kind of theme you will want to use to really get your point across. It probably isn’t perfect for every situation, rarely anything is these days, but if you’re overseeing a girls club, or speaking to young women this is theme for you!
To add additional slides with this background simply go to the ‘Inspector’ from the ‘page setup’ pane select ‘image fill’ in the background select box.

Yearly Budget Template With Summary For Numbers

Here is a great Yearly Budget Template complete with a summary page built for Numbers. This template starts off with a sporadic payments page where you’ll be able to designate payments that need to be made in a not so formulaic pattern such as that pesky car insurance that is 10 months on and 2 months off! Then it goes deeper and you’ll be able to look at and calculate a budget for each month individually; with a budget versus actual graph. And finally at the end there is a summary page where you can see how over the course of the year you’ve spent your money.

Here is an excellent Christmas Card Template for Pages, I call it Red with Stripes. It’s green text and green and white stripes help it to stand out from the rest. Simply add it a picture of your family to the front of the card and change the names beneath and you are ready to go. This simple card is just that – simple! You can make your own cards this year and save a few dollars. Save a little more money and delete the red background and print this card on red cardstock paper. I recommend taking it somewhere to have printed. Most places offer color printing deals this time of year and a laser color print looks so much sharper.

You can’t make a boy version of about anything without making a girl version. Yesterday I posted the, Boy Birth Announcement Template with Word Bubbles, and today I releasing the Girl Birth Announcement Template with Word Bubbles. It really simple to use just change out the text and the picture and you have a home made birth announcement that will look professional.
These are designed to be half-size sheets of paper. I would recommend printing them on glossy photo paper something like HP Q2509A Glossy Everyday Photo Paper, 8.5 x 11 inches (100 Sheets)
